5. Project Delivery and Timelines
- Project timelines are discussed and mutually agreed upon before starting work.
- Delays caused due to client-side issues (like delay in content, approvals, or feedback) will extend the delivery timeline.
- Once a project is marked as “completed” or “delivered,” any further changes will be treated as a new request and may incur additional charges.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:

- Ensure that all content shared does not violate copyright, trademark, or third-party rights.
- Respond promptly to communication to avoid project delays.
The company will not be held liable for any loss arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
- All original content, designs, code, and creative assets developed by 9 Vite Digital Pvt. Ltd. remain the intellectual property of the company until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client (unless stated otherwise in the contract).
- The company reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio or marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

- Payment is not received as per the agreed terms.
In such cases, no refunds will be applicable.
