This policy explains how our digital products and services are delivered once an order or payment is successfully completed.
1. Nature of Our Services
All services provided by 9 Vite Digital Pvt. Ltd. are digital, online, or electronic in nature.
We do not ship any physical goods, and all service deliverables are shared digitally via:
- Email, cloud drive, or secure link
- Project management tools (e.g., Google Drive, Notion, Trello, etc.)
- Direct client communication channels (e.g., WhatsApp, Email, Zoom, etc.)
2. Service Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines depend on the type of service purchased. The estimated time is communicated during project confirmation.
Typical timelines include:
- Website Design & Development: 7–15 working days (based on project scope)
- Digital Marketing Campaigns: Setup within 2–5 working days after client approval
- SEO Services: Ongoing monthly service (reports provided periodically)
- Branding or Graphic Design: 3–10 working days after receiving all content and details
All delivery timelines begin after payment confirmation and client requirement submission.
3. Communication During Delivery
Throughout the delivery process, we maintain transparent communication with our clients through:
- Email updates
- Phone calls or WhatsApp messages
- Project status reports or progress updates
Clients are encouraged to respond quickly to our queries and approvals to avoid any delays in project completion.
4. Completion & Handover
Upon project completion, we will deliver the final deliverables as per the agreed scope of work.
- For websites, files and credentials will be handed over digitally.
- For marketing campaigns, reporting dashboards or performance results will be shared online.
- For branding or design, final files (in JPG, PNG, or source format) will be sent via email or drive link.
After the final handover, any further modifications or edits will be treated as a new service request.
5. Delays in Delivery
Delivery may be delayed under the following conditions:
- Incomplete or delayed information/content from the client.
- Unforeseen technical issues beyond our control (hosting downtime, internet outage, etc.).
- Public holidays or non-working days.
In such cases, clients will be informed in advance about the revised delivery schedule.
6. Non-Delivery Situations
If, due to unavoidable circumstances, a service cannot be initiated or delivered, clients are entitled to a refund or service credit as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Proof of Service Delivery
Digital proof of service delivery (email, invoice, submission report, or online communication record) will serve as the official delivery confirmation for Razorpay or any other payment platform verification.
