However, as our services are digital and time-based, we follow a transparent and fair Refund & Cancellation Policy described below.
1. Service Nature
All our services — including digital marketing, website development, SEO, branding, and content creation — are delivered through online or digital platforms. Once the service process has begun, we incur significant time, tools, and resource costs, making refunds limited under certain conditions.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations can only be requested within 24 hours of placing an order or making an advance payment, before project work begins.
- Once the project has started, no cancellation will be accepted.
- Any request for cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to support@9vitedigital.com with valid reasons.
- 9 Vite Digital Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to approve or reject cancellation requests based on the project status.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only under the following valid situations:
- Duplicate Payment:
If you have made a duplicate payment by mistake, the extra amount will be refunded after verification. - Service Not Delivered:
In rare cases, if the service is not initiated within the promised time due to our internal issue, you may request a refund. - Technical Error:
In case of any payment gateway error or system failure, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method within 7–10 business days. - Project Delay (Exceptional Cases):
If project timelines extend beyond the agreed delivery date due to our delay, partial refund or service credit may be offered after review.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:
- Once the project work, marketing campaign, or website setup has started.
- If the delay or issue arises due to client-side reasons (late content submission, approval delay, or requirement changes).
- If the service has been delivered as per the approved scope of work.
- For any third-party service charges (domain, hosting, software, plugins, ads, etc.) purchased on behalf of the client.
5. Refund Process
- All valid refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after internal verification.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (bank/UPI/card) used during purchase.
- You will receive confirmation via email once the refund is initiated.
6. Company’s Decision
The final decision regarding refunds and cancellations will be taken by 9 Vite Digital Pvt. Ltd. management team, and it shall be binding on all customers.
